We loved using this wafflemaker and had great success for a short time. Didn't know about using a special type of oil as noted in one of the other reviews and had sticky junk accumulate on iron. We attempted to take off irons to clean and the screws would not hold in the hinges. No parts are available to replace. So, now we just have a broken waffle maker that falls apart when we rotate it because the screws won't hold anymore into the hinge.
