I have had the product for a few weeks and have made waffles several times with success. It is easy to clean and sticking does not seem to be a problem with the use of Pam spray. So far, I would have to recommend Carbon's Golden Malted mix over the homemade (beat the egg whites and blend) recipe I tried. Even if you didn't like waffles, you would love the wonderful aroma! We like crispy-on-the-outside waffles so I keep the dial on 5 1/2.
